Ticket sales at the box office
Tickets will be available for purchase starting on 7 November:
– the day before the concert – from 4pm to 7pm – at the box office at Palazzo Chigi Saracini (except 17 November)
– the day of the concert from 4pm at the location of the concert (except 18 November when the box office will be open from 9.30).

Additional opening hours for the Box Office at Palazzo Chigi Saracini on 11 and 12 November (only for the opening concert) and 14, 15, 16 November (for all concerts), from 9.30am to 7.00pm.

Online ticket sales
Tickets to all concerts can be purchased on www.ticketone.it starting from 7 November until 6pm on the day of the concert, using Visa and Mastercard credit cards (advance sales supplement and commissions fees apply).

It is possible to reserve tickets starting on 16 November from Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9.30am to 12.30pm at the phone number 333.9385543.
Tickets can be paid for and picked up during the open hours of the ticket office.
The right to purchase the reserved tickets will be guaranteed until 8:15pm on the day of the concert, after which the tickets will be released for sale.

Provided one reserves at least one day in advance, the subscription and carnet holders may take advantage of reserved seats in the Cathedral for the events on 23 December 2022 and 30 March 2023.

RENEWAL / RESERVATION of SUBSCRIPTIONS and CARNET

From Thursday October 6 to Monday November 7 it is possible to reconfirm or book new subscriptions and to book the Carnet “OCTET” by sending an email to biglietteria@chigiana.org or by calling the number 333.9385543 (from Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 12:30pm).
