TICKETS
The ticket office of Palazzo Chigi Saracini will be closed from Monday, September 4th to Saturday, September 9th. It will reopen to the public on Monday, September 11th, with winter hours: from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Tickets can be purchased starting from June 15 until the beginning of the concert, using Visa and Mastercard credit cards on the TicketOne.it portal and/or authorized retailers.
BOX OFFICE PURCHASE

Tickets for individual events can be purchased from June 15 until September 2, from Monday to Saturday, on the ground floor of Palazzo Chigi Saracini (via di Città, 89, 53100 Siena – see hours below). For concerts scheduled at Palazzo Chigi Saracini, ticket sales will continue until the beginning of the concert. For concerts held at other locations, ticket sales will continue two hours before the concert at the respective venues.

SERVICES FOR DISABLED INDIVIDUALS
To avail seats for people with disabilities, reservations must be made at the Academy’s ticket office. The companion of the disabled individual is entitled to a complimentary ticket with an assigned seat.

The management reserves the right to relocate some reserved seats for technical or health safety reasons.
Sold tickets are neither refundable nor replaceable, except in the case of event cancellation.
