REGULATIONS FOR BOOKING PRACTICE ROOMS 2023

HOW TO BOOK

RESERVATION RESTRICTIONS

Note: The booking restrictions defined here must always be respected.

FROM 10-15 JULY THE RESERVATIONS ARE ACTIVE ONLY FOR THE ROOMS IN VIA DI CITTÀ N. 85.
STUDENTS MAY BOOK only ONE 2-HR BLOCK each DAY.

GENERAL RULES

For all spaces
  • Students can book a maximum of 2 blocks of 2 hours each per day for a maximum total of 4 hours per day across all spaces.
  • When booking a room you must add your instrument to the booking title.
  • It is not possible to book two different rooms at the same time on the same day. 
  • It is mandatory to book the entire time block available.
  • It is possible to make a booking up to 2 days in advance of the time you would like to reserve.
  • In case of last-minute cancellations, please send an email to allievi@chigiana.it 

RULES FOR VIA DI CITTA’ 85

For the practice rooms in via di Città 85
  • It is possible to book the use of the practice rooms on Skedda from 8 July at 12:00PM.
  • It is possible to book a time block 2 days in advance with respect to the time that you wish to book.
  • It is possible to modify and/or cancel a reservation up until 2 hours before the starting time.

RULES FOR ISTITUTO FRANCI

For the practice rooms at the Istituto Franci
  • It is possible to book the use of the practice rooms on Skedda from 15 July at 12:00PM
  • It is possible to book a time block 2 days in advance with respect to the time that you wish to book.
  • Bookings can be made, modified and/or cancelled until 12:30PM ON THE DAY BEFORE THE TIME BLOCK RESERVED. 
    • Reservations for Monday will be active all day on Saturday and Sunday
    • Reservations or changes made after this time will not be considered valid and will not be communicated to the Istituto Franci.  
  • It is mandatory to book the entire available time block of two hours (or 1.5 hours on Saturday for Franci rooms). 

APPOINTMENTS AND MEETING PLACES

For those who have booked a room in VIA DI CITTA’ 85

IT IS MANDATORY TO ARRIVE AT THE RECEPTION (1^ floor) of the Accademia Chigiana or the SEGRETERIA ALLIEVI (ground floor) via di Città 89 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF THE TIME BLOCK!

For those who have booked a room at the ISTITUTO FRANCI

IT IS MANDATORY TO ARRIVE AT THE ENTRANCE IN PRATO S. AGOSTINO, 2 (map) 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF THE TIME BLOCK!
