GENERAL INFORMATION
The Course is open to guitar soloists and pre-formed chamber music ensembles with guitar.
Chamber music ensembles in existence for at least one year may register as pre-formed groups, taking advantage of the reduction in the attendance fees reserved to them (link).
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
The entrance examination will be held exclusively by video audition. Candidates must present a program of approximately 20 minutes in length, to be indicated in advance on the application form. This program shall include important works from the solo or chamber music repertoire, from which some pieces will be selected by the commission for the examination.
AGE LIMITS
individual applicants: 30 years
ensembles: an average of 30 years
Ensembles that can demonstrate that they have been together for at least three years are exempt from this age limit, provided that their average age is less than 35.

TUITION & FEES
– APPLICATION FEE must be sent to the Accademia Chigiana WHEN YOU SUBMIT THE APPLICATION!
– Course tuition / ATTENDANCE FEE should be paid only after receiving an acceptance letter from the Accademia to the course or seminar
